Senior Manager, Financial Systems

📋 Description

• Lead strategy/roadmap/ops for ERP, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and FP&A tools.
• Define and govern financial data architecture: schemas, hierarchies, and master data.
• Drive ERP integrations with Salesforce, CPQ, Zip, Ramp, Navan, and other systems.
• Own FP&A planning platform as admin/architect; maintain data model integrity.
• Design finance data framework for cost centers, dimensions, and reporting across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Partner with Data team to ensure financial data sources are well-governed and reliable.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in financial systems, ERP admin, or finance tech with leadership.
• Deep ERP experience: multi-subsidiary config, automation, and period mgmt.
• Cloud FP&A platform admin; architecture and planning use cases.
• Design scalable financial data structures: cost centers and master data.
• API-based integrations, middleware, and pipelines to cloud data warehouse.
• Strong SQL to validate data, run reconciliations, and pull ad hoc analyses.
