Senior Manager, Fixed Income Trading

📋 Description

• Lead daily fixed income trading ops across munis, govies, and corporates; ensure best execution.
• Drive pricing, automation, and execution quality across Tradeweb, MarketAxess, Bloomberg.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance market analysis and streamline workflows.
• Set supervisory procedures for FINRA, MSRB, and SEC; escalate complex trade issues.
• Lead Moment OMS integration to automate routing and improve execution.
• Lead a team of fixed income traders; mentor and develop talent.

🎯 Requirements

• Active FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, 52, and 53 licenses.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 8+ years fixed income trading; 3+ years in senior/lead trading role.
• Deep expertise across municipal, government, and IG corporate bonds (primary & secondary).
• Demonstrated best execution across volatile markets.
• Dealer relationships and FINRA/MSRB/SEC compliance experience; cross-functional with product/sales.
