• Solid experience in technology operations, platforms or infrastructure management.
• Experience leading multiple teams and technical managers in complex environments.
• Background with Cloud platforms, infrastructure, distributed environments and critical operations.
• Experience with incident management, prioritization, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of cost management, capacity, cloud resources and operational efficiency.
• Experience with agile methodologies and Value Streams management.
