Senior Manager, FP&A

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the FP&A strategy aligned with goals.
• Lead quarterly and annual budgeting/forecasting for Commercial/GTM.
• Monitor KPIs; analyze data, and report to senior management.
• Collaborate with regional GMs to assess profitability by region/product.
• Champion AI-first FP&A to automate analyses and shorten cycles.
• Mentor junior FP&A resources and foster high performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.
• 10+ years FP&A or commercial finance experience with budgeting/forecasting.
• Experience partnering with GTM, Sales, Marketing; revenue forecasting.
• Advanced modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Translate analysis into recommendations for non-finance stakeholders.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; upgrade FP&A processes.
