📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end headcount planning: budget, quarterly reforecasts, monthly actuals.
  • Consolidate and publish headcount reports across HR and FP&A data sources.
  • Partner with HR/leaders to align workforce plans with budget; flag risks.
  • Model headcount cost-to-revenue ratios and P&L impact of hires.
  • Deliver timely HC insights to Product, G&A, and GTM leaders.
  • Build a scalable CoE with automation-first processes and governance.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years FP&A experience focused on headcount planning or expense management in global tech.
  • 3+ years direct people management; develop analysts and high-performing teams.
  • End-to-end FP&A across multiple cost centers: planning, reporting, variance analysis, close support.
  • Track record building or improving FP&A processes, SOPs, and financial controls; IPO/public-company exposure.
  • Experience with HRIS/ERP integrations; strong English/Spanish communication.
  • Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting; MBA/CPA a plus.
