Senior Manager, Fraud

📋 Description

• Own and grow the fraud program - find the gaps in how we detect, decide, and investigate fraud
• Lead and develop a high-performing fraud team - set clear priorities, strengthen fraud judgment
• Design the decisioning strategy - build the rules, signals, and logic that carry a case from
• Run the tools yourself - configure and tune platforms like Sift, Sardine, or similar to sharpen
• Partner directly with Product and Engineering to scope, build, and ship new fraud capabilities and
• Work the data - spot fraud trends, test hypotheses, and prove out what your controls are actually

🎯 Requirements

• You have 5+ years in fraud, risk, payments risk, or a similar function
• You’ve led and developed fraud professionals, setting clear priorities, strengthening their
• You're hands-on with fraud tooling - platforms like Sift, Sardine, or similar decisioning tools
• You know the full fraud lifecycle inside and out, and can design rules, controls, signals, and
• You're fluent in data - spotting trends, forming hypotheses, and measuring performance alongside
• You've partnered directly with Product and Engineering to build or ship fraud capabilities
