Lead the Fraud Function; coach and hire analysts; set KPIs and strategy.
Build and own the fraud program; define taxonomy, risk philosophy, and escalation.
Manage budget and headcount; vendor spend and tooling decisions.
Own fraud vector coverage across lifecycle: opening, funding, trading, withdrawals.
Drive investigations to resolution with internal/external partners.
Develop monitoring/detection strategy; evaluate vendors with Product/Tech.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years fraud risk experience; 3+ years leading a fintech/firms fraud function.
Experience hiring fraud analysts; deep knowledge of ACH fraud vectors and account takeover.
Experience with fraud analytics and data; strong vendor evaluation/management.
Ability to define KPIs and a fraud budget; cross-functional collaboration skills.
Comfort with ambiguity; willingness to obtain Series 3, 7 & 63 licenses (or 66) with
