📋 Description

• Lead product quality strategy and governance for assigned ingredient and product categories, with
• Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve product consistency, resolve quality
• Provide team leadership by setting priorities, coaching direct reports, and building capabilities
• Leads evolution of product quality strategy and execution across the Domino’s menu including
• Serves as a product quality leader on cross-functional teams, providing clear quality expectations
• Identifies product quality and food safety trends, risks, and improvement opportunities through

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience and expertise in food science. Minimum 10 years’
• Preferred experience with pizza-centric ingredients (Meats, Cheeses, Sauce and/or Dough
• Experience leading teams through change, improving ways of working, and strengthening
• Relevant food safety or quality certification or equivalent continued education such as HACCP
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, product specifications, supplier quality management, root
• Ability to translate product quality data and risk assessments into clear recommendations for
