Lead market access, reimbursement, and health policy initiatives across Latin America.
Develop and execute regional evidence-generation and real-world evidence strategy.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify market access barriers and strategies.
Educate and train distributors and internal teams on market access competencies.
Build relationships with ministries, payers, HTA bodies, and policymakers.
Support reimbursement submissions, value dossiers, and economic analyses.

🎯 Requirements

Experience with healthcare systems, payers, and HTA agencies.
Ability to influence health economic models and value dossiers.
Proven track record developing commercial value leave-behind materials.
Experience working across diverse markets and evolving healthcare.
Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau.
Minimum Bachelor's with 12+ years or advanced degree with 8+ years experience.
