📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing global compensation programs and equity (RSUs, stock options).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions.
• Knowledge of Workday compensation modules and system optimization.
• Experience with benchmarking tools and market data.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
• Experience leading governance, reviews, and scalable processes.
• Sales comp experience is a plus.
