Senior Manager, Global Creator Programs

📋 Description

• Own the operational strategy and execution of the scaled retention program: community
• Work closely with a team of contract-based regional community leads driving community operations
• Design and run rolling cohort programs, including facilitator management and educational
• Develop and execute regional go-to-market plans to drive program membership and creator activation
• Own the creator verification pipeline, ensuring participants meet eligibility criteria and
• Define, track, and report program success metrics: membership, conversion, retention milestones

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in program management, community operations, or creator/influencer ecosystem roles (or
• A track record of building and scaling programs from early stage to thousands of participants
• Experience working across distributed teams, including contractors or vendor relationships across
• Strong operational skills: you build systems, processes, and workflows that scale, and you partner
• A data-driven mindset, with comfort using AI and automation tools to improve program efficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication: you write effective narratives and present program
