📋 Description

• Lead and scale the Global Deal Desk function, serving as the primary escalation point for complex
• Design, implement, and continuously improve deal approval workflows, pricing guardrails
• Own CPQ strategy, configuration, and governance in partnership with GTM Systems, ensuring that
• Develop and operationalize processes for consumption-based and usage-based pricing models
• Partner with GTM Operations and Sales leadership to establish commercial frameworks for

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in Deal Desk, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or a related
• Demonstrated expertise in consumption-based, usage-based, or hybrid pricing models, including the
• Hands-on experience administering and improving a CPQ platform, such as Nue, DealHub, Conga, or an
• Proven experience structuring and approving commercial agreements across international markets
