Senior Manager, Global Equity

📋 Description

• Own and scale global equity programs end-to-end.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, and People.
• Lead public company equity duties, incl. SEC reporting and audit readiness.
• Oversee the full equity lifecycle: grants, vesting, releases.
• Design and optimize equity systems and payroll/HRIS/reporting integrations.
• Proactively manage regulatory, tax, and compliance risk with Legal.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in stock plan administration; leadership in high-growth settings.
• CEP certification strongly preferred; deep global equity expertise.
• Experience designing and implementing an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
• Proven ability to scale equity programs through private-to-public readiness or public company operations; Shareworks or equivalent experience.
