Senior Manager, Global Meetings & Events

📋 Description

• Develop and execute the global M&E program roadmap.
• Establish scalable processes, governance, service tiers, sourcing thresholds, and decision
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize how meetings and events are sourced across
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that advance the future-state M&E operating model, including
• Drive adoption of new processes and ways of working through stakeholder engagement and change
• Partner with M&E leadership, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to establish clear

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in meetings & events, strategic sourcing, procurement, category
• Significant experience sourcing meetings and events and negotiating with agencies, hotels and
• Demonstrated experience leading complex RFPs, negotiations, supplier selections, and contracts.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience with spend analysis, savings
• Experience developing preferred supplier strategies and supplier performance programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable programs and lead complex cross-functional initiatives
