Senior Manager, Global Mobility f Immigration

📋 Description

• Lead global mobility and immigration strategy during international expansion.
• Own end-to-end mobility, visa, and travel compliance across jurisdictions.
• Establish governance, risk frameworks, and decision models for scalable hiring and relocation.
• Partner with People, Legal, Finance, and executives on regulatory risk and feasibility.
• Provide guidance on cross-border movement and regulatory changes.
• Oversee work authorization processes and policy implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in global mobility, immigration, or related compliance.
• Experience designing or scaling mobility programs across multiple countries.
• Experience in Europe, APAC, or Middle East regions.
• Strong knowledge of cross-border compliance risks and documentation.
• Independent, structured thinker with clear stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
