Senior Manager, Global Partnerships (Listing & Tokenization)

📋 Description

• Partner with early-stage blockchain and token projects via launch support and rewards.
• Develop partnerships with tokenization platforms for RWA initiatives.
• Expand ecosystem partnerships around X Layer, OKX's on-chain network.
• Own end-to-end project and relationship management across OKX's ecosystem.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate collaborations with Web3 projects across sectors.
• Drive ecosystem growth with activations and campaigns with partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in business development, launch platforms, or partnerships in crypto/finance.
• Ability to identify, structure, and close high-stakes collaborations.
• Strong crypto-native foundation: token economics, on-chain ecosystems.
• Understanding of tokenization and the RWA space; RWA experience a plus.
• Able to operate in new business lines, with ambiguity tolerance.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese a plus.
• High integrity, professionalism, compliance awareness, sound judgment.
