Senior Manager, Global Payroll

📋 Description

• Review gross-to-net results and pre and post payroll reconciliations for each run, and process
• Build the payroll roadmap for system, provider and process improvements, and bring recommendations
• Train and develop the payroll team, review their work and act as the escalation point for complex
• Manage US multi-state payroll tax registrations, agency notices and amendments, and quarter-end and
• Manage Canadian payroll across provinces, including statutory deductions and remittances, ROEs and
• Coordinate with EOR and in-country providers on international payroll and local compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of payroll experience, including 3+ years of multi-country payroll with external providers.
• Hands-on experience with US multi-state and multi-province Canadian payroll.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll tax, including quarter-end and year-end filings.
• Knowledge of Canadian payroll requirements and provincial differences, and when to bring in local
• Experience with at least one payroll provider implementation or migration.
• Payroll accounting experience, including journal entries, reconciliations, audit support and equity
