📋 Description

• Define and execute procurement category strategy to improve margins.
• Own end-to-end RFP processes with manufacturing partners.
• Deliver cost reductions and manage clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Partner with tech to embed procurement capabilities in tools.
• Lead Buy Plan and margin reviews with material sourcing teams.
• Lead upstream sourcing to ensure availability and pricing.

🎯 Requirements

• 12-15 years in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain in retail home.
• Proven track record running competitive RFPs with international partners.
• Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Cross-functional work with merchandising, materials, and production teams.
• Experience using AI platforms (LLMs) for scenario analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
