📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day performance management across the US SOC.
• Own the SOC metrics program: KPIs, MTTD/MTTR, SLA, alert quality.
• Analyze data to guide resource allocation and improvements.
• Identify gaps and drive improvement initiatives.
• Coach analysts and incident handlers; develop future leaders.
• Establish operating rhythms for shifts, reviews, and reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in security operations or related cybersecurity discipline (hands-on SOC).
• 4+ years people management; lead distributed teams.
• Proven SOC leadership and day-to-day operations experience.
• Strong expertise in KPIs, SLAs, dashboards; drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to balance tactical and strategic priorities in complex environments.
• Advanced knowledge of network/endpoint security, attacker techniques, incident response.
