Senior Manager, Global Workplaces

📋 Description

• Design and stand up ClickHouse's global workplace function from scratch
• Oversee day-to-day operations for small offices across multiple regions
• Develop a workplace strategy reflecting remote-first culture while creating high-value in-person
• Lead site selection, buildout, and launch of new small offices as ClickHouse expands into new
• Manage vendor relationships across regions, working closely with Procurement on sourcing and
• Partner cross-functionally with People, IT, Security, and Finance teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, corporate real estate, or global office operations
• Experience building a workplace function or program from the ground up
• Experience supporting a globally distributed organization with multiple small offices across regions
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience
• Experience managing a budget with a track record of operational efficiencies
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with People, IT, Security, and Finance teams
