🎯 Requirements

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with significant post-qualification experience.
• Deep IFRS 15 (or ASC 606) expertise in multinational/listed organisations.
• Experience leading complex accounting matters and influencing senior partners.
• Experience delivering change, improving governance and operational excellence.
• Excellent analytical, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with innovation, automation, data and AI to enhance performance.
