  • Own client growth, retention, and revenue expansion for Gummicube accounts with data-driven plans.
  • Lead client reviews, quarterly planning, and growth strategy presentations.
  • Mentor and develop Growth Managers, Analysts, and Specialists.
  • Drive budget expansion and secure incremental investment via forecasting and modeling.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Paid Media, BD, and Account teams.
  • Improve operational excellence by developing processes and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or related field.
  • 2–3 years leading client strategy, owning accounts, and managing teams.
  • Experience managing $1M+ in annual media budget (or equivalent).
  • Track record of growing revenue, client spend, or portfolio value.
  • Experience presenting performance results and strategy to executive stakeholders.
  • Deep familiarity with CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, incrementality, attribution.
  • Direct experience building campaigns on Apple Search Ads, Meta, Google App Campaigns.
