Senior Manager, Growth Marketing

📋 Description

• Lead growth strategy and revenue expansion for ASO/mobile growth clients
• Provide consultative leadership with data-driven recommendations
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Paid Media, BD, and Account teams
• Mentor Growth Managers, Analysts, and Specialists
• Drive budget expansion and demonstrate value via forecasting and financial modeling
• Present performance results to executive stakeholders and guide strategic decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in growth/performance marketing or related field
• 2–3 years leading client strategy and managing teams
• Experience managing $1M+ annual media budget
• Strong knowledge of CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, attribution
• Direct experience with Apple Search Ads, Meta, Google App Campaigns
• Excellent communication; comfortable in fast-paced, remote environments
