Senior Manager, Growth Strategy & Operations

📋 Description

• Build and scale operating mechanisms, KPI frameworks, dashboards, experimentation processes
• Lead and develop a team responsible for growth operations, analytics, experimentation, and systems
• Own end-to-end funnel and customer journey analytics across acquisition, onboarding, activation
• Partner with Growth Innovation, Growth Lifecycle, Growth Product, Growth Platform and Systems
• Establish reliable campaign and experiment measurement practices, including campaign IDs, tagging
• Improve growth technology and operational processes by identifying tooling gaps, automating

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Growth, Growth Strategy & Operations, Product Growth, Product
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams, including hiring, coaching, setting
• Demonstrated experience owning growth strategy and operations across complex, cross-functional
• Proven experience building and operating funnel analytics, KPI frameworks, dashboards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work comfortably with customer
• Demonstrated experience translating analysis and strategic priorities into operating processes
