📋 Description

• Set internal sales enablement AI roadmap and prioritization framework.
• Build and standardize GTM AI tooling; write and ship code yourself.
• Make build-vs-buy decisions; framework for third-party vs in-house AI.
• Go deep on the sales domain; understand pipeline, CRM workflows, quotas.
• Own governance and adoption metrics; ensure AI initiatives deliver impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in go-to-market or Enablement with 1+ year building sales-tech.
• Production-grade code: Python/TypeScript; LLM experience preferred.
• Fluent in sales process; understands pipeline, CRM, quotas.
• Defined and tracked success metrics for initiatives.
• Drive adoption, not just deployment; tools actually used.
• Autonomy and ambiguity; roadmap owned.
