📋 Description

• Partner with business ops to define systems strategy and drive GTM efficiency.
• Own business systems roadmap; evaluate opportunities and lead large-scale implementations.
• Architect integrations and data flows across revenue tech; ensure Salesforce truth.
• Manage workflows including lead routing, attribution, CPQ, order mgmt, renewals.
• Hands-on admin for key tools; configure, implement, troubleshoot, improve.
• Lead requirements gathering, vendor evaluations, and Agile launches.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Salesforce strategy with progression into systems architecture.
• Experience managing multiple interconnected systems: CRM, marketing, analytics, CPQ.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flows and ecosystem best practices.
• Proven experience leading implementations, integrations, and optimization initiatives.
• Strong data architecture and governance knowledge for quality at scale.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
