📋 Description

• Architect and lead GTM Operational Excellence for Remote
• Partner with RevOps, Systems, Data, and Enablement to scale ops
• Shape AI-integrated operations strategy and deflection improvements
• Lead a high-performing, globally distributed, asynchronous team
• Align GTM initiatives with growth and revenue goals

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years in BizOps/Strategy & Ops or RevOps in fast-growing SaaS; manage teams
• Track record scaling GTM systems from mid-stage to enterprise
• Deep Salesforce and GTM tech: CPQ, automated lead routing, compensation tooling
• AI and automation fluency; hands-on with AI tools and LLMs
• Executive-level leadership; comfort with ambiguity; accountable for global outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal English; remote/async experience is a plus
