• Architect and lead GTM Operational Excellence across RevOps, Systems, Data, Enablement
• Define a multi-quarter GTM strategy aligned with revenue goals
• Build and mentor a high-performing, globally distributed team
• Drive AI-integrated operating strategy and scalable fixes
• Own change governance, metrics, and executive alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in BizOps/Strategy & Ops or RevOps in fast-growing SaaS (2-3 yrs leading teams)
• Scale Mindset: proven track record scaling GTM systems to enterprise
• Technical Acumen: Salesforce and GTM stacks (Enterprise CPQ, automated lead routing, comp tooling)
• AI & Automation Fluent: hands-on with AI tools, LLMs, and automation
• Leadership Persona: executive ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, global outcomes
• Communication: strong written and verbal English; distill complex ops into exec narratives
