📋 Description

• Lead the Retail AI GTM Pod to surface and scale AI apps.
• Drive build/buy/borrow decisions; own adoption tracking.
• Own Agile sprint planning for AI features across GTM and onboarding.
• Architect AI outputs integration into core GTM platforms.
• Ensure data integrity and security for Retail AI tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years deploying AI apps; lifecycle, monitoring, rollback.
• Hands-on with Gemini Suite, Claude Cowork, Claude Code.
• Production AI backends: APIs, inference pipelines, orchestration.
• Auth, secrets mgmt, access controls, LLM risk awareness.
• Agile engineering: backlogs, sprints, scrum boards.
• Cross-org comms; align stakeholders across units.
