📋 Description

• Lead the Retail AI GTM Pod to surface, qualify, and scale AI applications across the Retail field.
• Own idea sourcing and evaluation to build or buy scalable AI solutions and enable non-technical end
• Drive agile execution: translate decisions into a sprint-based roadmap to improve vertical PPR and
• Oversee integration of AI outputs into core GTM platforms (Salesforce, Snowflake, etc.) and ensure
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Marketing AI, and Business Technology to scale central AI

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years deploying AI applications, RAG pipelines, or agentic workflows with post-launch monitoring
• Hands-on proficiency with developer-focused AI tools (Gemini Suite, Claude Cowork, Claude Code).
• Experience deploying AI backend systems (API services, pipelines, orchestration) with reliability
• Security awareness for AI-native systems (auth, secrets mgmt, access controls, prompt injection
• Agile operations experience: backlog management, sprint cycles, and scrum boards.
• Strong communication to align stakeholders and collaborate across business units; willingness to
