Senior Manager, Hardware Reliability & Test

📋 Description

• Build, lead, and grow the Hardware Reliability & Test org across three functions
• Own vehicle and subsystem qualification; define test conditions across platforms
• Refine and own quantitative reliability models; identify data gaps and propose tests
• Own hardware test frameworks, standards, results databases, and tooling
• Deliver standard spacecraft-level tests easily tailored per mission
• Provide shared hardware, software, and logistics for qualification and reliability testing

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience qualifying hardware for spaceflight or demanding environments
• B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, CS, or related technical field
• 10+ years in hardware test/qualification or reliability engineering, incl. 3+ years leading teams
• Proven ability to define processes and drive cross-team consistency
• Working knowledge of reliability analysis methods: FMEA, fault trees, and statistical modeling
• Familiarity with software-driven test frameworks and automation
