Synthesize goals with team charter; plan quarterly goals and track progress.
Define inputs/outputs and implement internal processes for delivery.
Define staffing needs and manage resource planning (shift, training).
Develop cross-functional workflows between software, product, ops and HW teams.
Travel up to 30% to engineering sites, operations sites and remote test locations.

🎯 Requirements

BS in Engineering.
10+ years managing direct reports, incl remote/offsite personnel.
10+ years defining processes/workflows with cross-functional teams.
10+ years in Automotive Engineering, sustaining fielded products.
Expertise with JIRA for issue management and dashboards.
Data-driven, empirical problem-solving; AI tools experience.
