📋 Description

• Lead and govern TOMRA's global Application Services.
• Translate strategy into an actionable service roadmap.
• Oversee cross-functional application projects and delivery.
• Align business needs with IT capabilities and budgets.
• Establish policies, KPIs, and governance for services.
• Based in Asker, Norway; report to SVP Group IT.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Significant IT delivery and project management experience.
• Experience with cross-national, large-scale transformations.
• Experience with CRM and finance/system proofs of concept.
• Knowledge of GDPR and privacy standards.
• Strategic mindset with strong communication and stakeholder skills.
