Senior Manager, Health Plan Enrollment & Eligibility

📋 Description

• Own census integrity and coverage continuity for all PACE participants.
• Design and scale enrollment and eligibility operations for Medicare/Medicaid.
• Lead daily enrollment ops; drive process maturity and risk controls.
• Align operating model with Growth/Enrollment, IDT partners, CMS, and state agencies.
• Translate regulatory requirements into scalable workflows and controls.
• Build a high-performing, accountable team.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in health insurance operations; 2+ years leading teams.
• Deep Medicaid/Medicare eligibility experience; Medicaid re-eligibility.
• Bachelor's in healthcare, finance, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; translate regulations into workflows.
• Experience with capitated health plan financials; PACE preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; cross-functional collaboration; data-driven.
