Senior Manager, Home Services RN

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the Home Care and Home Health departments
• Ensure participant care is delivered safely and in alignment with care plans and physician orders
• Provide clinical and operational guidance to team members
• Participate in IDT meetings and case conferences
• Oversee nursing assessments, home health interventions, and documentation
• Manage home health orders and visit frequency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; BSN preferred
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
• Current RN license in New Jersey required
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience with frail/elderly population within last 5 years
• Minimum of 4 years managing home health operations or related healthcare operations
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
