• Design and own global process frameworks for Employee Relations, Performance Management
• Translate complex operational workflows into clean, practical playbooks, decision trees, and

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Service Delivery, or HR
• Proven track record of architecting, simplifying, and scaling global HR processes (specifically
• Hands-on experience as a user with enterprise HR ecosystems (e.g., Workday, Jira Service
• Strong workflow mapping, root-cause analysis, and change management skills with a demonstrated
• Familiarity with modern knowledge management practices and an understanding of how automated tools
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical or legal HR
