📋 Description

• Act as the organization's subject matter expert for HR process excellence, providing specialist
• Lead the end-to-end assessment, design, redesign and optimisation of HR processes across the
• Identify opportunities to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce complexity, remove duplication and
• Challenge legacy processes and existing ways of working, driving a culture of simplification and
• Lead and support multiple process improvement initiatives across HR, working across a portfolio of

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in HR process improvement, change management/transformation. Ideally a
• Demonstrable experience leading end-to-end process improvement initiatives within a global, rapidly
• Strong understanding of HR processes across multiple areas of the employee lifecycle.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, from initial assessment and solution
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the credibility to engage and challenge
• Demonstrable ability to lead change, influence adoption and embed sustainable improvements across
