• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, product management, and
• Create and implement customer experiences that proactively address pain points and reinforce the
• Gather the voice of the customer and share with cross-functional teams to help drive necessary
• Empower our Customer Success team by creating playbooks and resources that enable them to have
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify behaviors correlated with churn risks and execute
• Monitor KPIs for retention and churn, continually optimizing efforts to align with growth

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree, top MBA preferred but not required.
• 6+ years of experience in pricing, management consulting, investment banking, product management or
• Strong analytical skills, including translating financial models into executive-facing content.
• Strong passion for technical products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
