Senior Manager, Implementation

📋 Description

• People management. Provide day-to-day frontline management, coaching, and development for the IM
• Capacity management. Maintain real-time visibility into team capacity and utilization, and balance
• Assignment logic. Own the logic and process for matching IMs to projects based on scope
• Project-plan rigor. Ensure consistent, high-quality project plans, milestone tracking, and status
• Delivery quality. Define and uphold standards for implementation execution, escalation handling
• Delivery methodology. Establish the repeatable delivery methodology, templates, and playbooks that

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in professional services, implementation, or delivery leadership within a B2B SaaS or
• Demonstrated experience standing up or scaling a Professional Services function — ideally building
• Strong command of services commercials: scoping, estimation, SOW construction, pricing, margin
• Proven ability to run a frontline delivery team with rigor — capacity planning
• Comfort operating in ambiguity as a builder; you are equally happy managing the team today and
• Excellent cross-functional partnership skills across Sales, Finance, Product, and Customer Success
