📋 Description

• Lead Special Education, 504, MTSS across schools.
• Ensure compliance with IDEA, 504, ADA, FERPA, and state policies.
• Monitor IEPs, timelines, eligibility, and service delivery.
• Coach ESE leads, learning specialists, and related staff.
• Develop systems promoting inclusive practices and equitable access.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Valid state ESE/Special Education certification.
• 3–5 years in special education.
• Experience leading school or district-level special education programs.
• Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, ADA, FERPA, and state compliance.
• Experience coaching teachers and data-driven improvement.
