Senior Manager, Information Technology

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day IT operations for a distributed workforce
• Manage and mentor a small IT team with hands-on support
• Partner with Engineering, People, Legal, Finance on onboarding, access, tooling, security
• Drive improvements in identity, device, endpoint security, SaaS apps
• Support security/compliance programs incl. SOC 2, ISO 27001
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable processes and automation

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years IT experience; experience leading or mentoring teams
• Player-coach mindset; comfortable with hands-on work
• Experience in high-growth startup-like environments
• Strong understanding of IdP, MDM, EDR, VPN, DLP, SaaS
• Experience with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 security/compliance
• Strong prioritization, resource management, and communication skills
