Senior Manager – InfoSec Risk and Compliance (Clark/ Onsite)

📋 Description

• Oversee information security risk and compliance programs
• Align with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Drive risk assessments and management, and vendor risk programs
• Lead audits, remediation, and training across the organization
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, and business units to embed security controls
• Present risk & compliance updates to leadership and board

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in information security, risk, or compliance
• 5+ years in senior leadership overseeing security/compliance
• Experience with risk assessment frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT)
• Knowledge of GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS or equivalents
• Policy/governance development and governance framework design
• Strong analytics, project management, and stakeholder skills
