Directly manage a cloud engineering team; hiring, coaching, and performance reviews
Facilitate stand-ups, planning, and backlog refinement; convert initiatives into tasks
Produce weekly leadership status reports on progress and blockers
Serve as primary contact for infra requests; capture requirements and communicate changes
Hands-on work as needed: Kubernetes guidance, automation, troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in cloud engineering/infrastructure with Azure focus
3+ years direct people management of technical teams
Experience operating production SaaS on Kubernetes
Linux environment experience
Infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred) and Azure DevOps familiarity
Proficiency in Python or Go and Bash or PowerShell
