Senior Manager, Inside Sales (Fintech)

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and team leads
• Translate departmental priorities into quarterly operating plans and measurable team goals
• Scale team operations through hiring, onboarding, and capacity planning
• Monitor and optimize KPIs using data analytics and business intelligence tools
• Coach teams on positioning payments and financing products
• Oversee customer engagement and financial product adoption initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in customer success, account management, sales, or implementation
• 4+ years people management experience leading managers or team leads
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent; MBA preferred
• Experience scaling customer-facing teams
• Track record of improving customer engagement and retention
• Experience with CRM and analytics tools including Salesforce, Snowflake, Omni
