📋 Description

• Lead filing platform and automation from concept to rollout with Product & Engineering.
• Map filing workflows and regulatory requirements to spot AI opportunities.
• Drive adoption of tools and workflows across the insurance org; translate capabilities into value.
• Build and lead the IO platform team; balance experimentation, credibility, and impact.
• Set and maintain filing quality, speed, and compliance as automation scales.
• Establish operating model, governance, and feedback loops for fast, rigorous building.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in insurance with filings/regulatory ops.
• 3+ years leading teams; manage strong ICs and outcomes.
• Identify manual workflows and replace with tech-enabled solutions.
• Hands-on with LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT): build prompts and map logic.
• Strong PM and stakeholder communication; adapt priorities.
• Advanced data analysis; derive insights to drive platform decisions.
