Senior Manager, Integrations Consulting

📋 Description

• Lead and scale a Technical Consulting team for complex integrations using Workato and Kombo
• Drive AI adoption to automate workflows and meet customer demand
• Establish technical standards and guide build vs buy decisions
• Develop the team bench and oversee onboarding and certification
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on connector roadmaps and feasibility
• Partner with Pre and Post sales to scope integrations for new and existing business

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical consulting or integrations in B2B SaaS
• 3+ years in people management
• Hands-on with iPaaS tools (Workato, Kombo, or similar)
• Track record shipping integrations at scale
• Proficient in driving AI adoption to automate workflows
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IS or related field (a plus)
