📋 Description

• Manage Internal Comms: Own internal comms strategy and execution across the company.
• Author company-level messaging, making sure employees get the information and context they need.
• Partner with executives and teams across Twitch on sensitive or complex issues, anticipating
• Develop comms plans for organizational changes, company announcements, and other important moments.
• Track employee engagement and feedback, using what you learn to make our communications more useful
• Own All Hands: Lead All Hands programming, including editorial strategy and content development.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
• You can build a communications strategy around a complicated transition, and then get into the
• You’re curious about what’s really happening around the company, what employees care about, and
• You’re creative, too. You have opinions about what makes internal programming interesting, know how
• You’re a strong project manager and producer who can keep multiple timelines moving at once —
