Senior Manager Internal Communications

📋 Description

• Own the internal communications strategy, calendar, and multi-channel distribution framework
• Write and edit clear, engaging content for internal audiences across our internal wiki and other
• Craft consistent messaging on company updates, initiatives, and achievements
• Support leadership on change and reorg communications, ensuring transparency and buy-in
• Manage and optimize internal communication channels (email, intranet, Slack, and other digital
• Develop and maintain a crisis communications plan for unexpected events affecting the company and

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience across internal communications and employee experience/engagement, with
• Demonstrated experience designing employee listening, feedback, or survey programs
• Experience building or running employee recognition programs
• Experience planning and executing company-wide events or community programming, including for
• Strong ability to analyze and present data accurately and use it to tell a story
• Ability to prioritize effectively and lead and execute independently as a senior individual
