📋 Description

• Develop and lead global internal communications, employee programs, and events that connect
• Lead high-visibility internal events, including All-Staff meetings, leadership forums, employee
• Own programs and events from strategy and concept through planning, production, communications, and
• Advise senior leaders on communications strategy, messaging, content, audience needs, and employee
• Prepare executives for major internal moments, including agendas, briefings, presentations, talking
• Develop communications plans and employee programs that support key business and engagement

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in internal or corporate communications, including employee programs and high-visibility
• Strong writing and editorial skills, including executive communications, presentations, talking
• Ability to turn business priorities into clear communications, programs, and employee experiences.
• 3+ years leading high-visibility virtual, hybrid, and in-person events from concept through
• Track record of independently leading complex communications and employee programs involving senior
• Strong judgment and confidence advising senior leaders and building alignment across teams without
