📋 Description

• Establish a Central Intake and Investigations Hub across the organisation
• Lead the most complex investigations yourself, establish facts, produce findings report and make
• Set the investigation standard and hold other people to it
• Own the record and what it tells the organisation
• Make the function work at scale through the responsible use of technology and data
• Set up and lead the team

• 5-7 years of experience leading workplace (misconduct) investigations
• Experience in setting investigation standards and quality assuring other people's work
• A working understanding of employee relations
• Experience across multiple countries and legal contexts
• Trauma-informed and survivor-centred practice
